When you purchase a product or make an enquiry through this website or via Gumroad, we may collect your name, email address, company name and the answers you provide in the Commercial Foundations Diagnostic. We collect this information solely to deliver the service you have purchased or requested.

Your data is used only to provide the Commercial Foundations Review or other services you have engaged us for. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell, share or transfer your data to third parties.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for 12 months from the date of receipt, after which it is securely deleted.

Third party services

This website uses Gumroad to process payments. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to any data collected during the purchase process. We do not control Gumroad's data practices.
